"Roomy, clean, and comfortable are the best words for this. We were there for an event at Dakota Wesleyan and we were able to walk to and from the house every day. It also was not a far drive to the Corn Palace. BONUS - It was about an hour to DeSmet if you are interested in Laura Ingalls Wilder things. We LOVED it!"

"Some cleaning issues. Bed Rooms were clean and nice. There was Stuff in garage and back patio that should have been cleaned up. Didn't affect our stay though. Nice place. Will stay there again. Worked well for us!!"

"If you’re looking for a place to stay near Lake Vermillion, this is the place! The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was really warm. The garage was perfect for our Honda CRV. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family."

"We grew up in Mitchell and were looking for a place where we could come back and be together for Christmas again. Miriam’s house was the perfect solution! We were overwhelmed by how beautiful the house was and loved having the amazing kitchen to prepare our dinner. Thanks, Miriam!"

"Stayed overnight for an event in Sioux Falls and we had everything we needed. Wonderful, quiet rural location. Very clean and great communication with host. Would definitely stay again if we are out that way."

"Overall space was very good for our family gathering. The facility was setup perfectly with bedrooms at the back of the gathering space. The interior had some cleaning issues, the clothes dryer didn't work, and the table and chairs were very wobbly. Luckily we had a set of tools along to get them safe and secure. Questions to the property manager were not answered in a timely manner and some questions were left unanswered. The facility was perfect for our needs despite the hiccups so may...
