"Toes In The Sand" is a 2 level ocean view condo located in the popular Sound of The Sea Complex with 2 outdoor swimming pools(seasonal), clubhouse, tennis & pickle ball courts. Easy beach access from every unit. This gated community is centrally located making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, putt-putt, the Salty Pirate Waterpark & more. Emerald Isle offers a bike path that extends the entire town, several community parks - one with hiking & frisbee golf, & a public boat launch.
"Toes In The Sand" is located in the North Building and is a second floor 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath two story unit. Ocean views from both levels. Living area includes pull-out double sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable, dining area that comfortably fits 4, half-bath and kitchen with kitchen bar that seats 3.
Kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with smooth cook top, microwave and full-size refrigerator. There is a stackable washer and dryer as well. This unit has been freshly painted and has new LVP throughout.
The second level has two bedrooms and a full bath. The ocean view room has a king size bed, port-a-crib and deck. The front bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin upper and a full size bottom. Please note that to access the second story is via a spiral staircase.
Amenities include 2 TV's with basic Spectrum cable and Showtime, WIFI, 2 decks with ocean views, stackable washer & dryer, port-a-crib, coffee maker, bed and bath linens(no beach towels).
Grilling is not allowed on the decks or on the common hallway. There are community grilling areas around the complex.
This is a NO PET, NO SMOKING unit.
Limit of two cars. Parking is not allowed in carport as this is reserved for owners. Gate card is provided for easy access in and out of the gated community.
NOTE: There is a minimum 7 night stay with a Sunday check-in after 3pm and Sunday check-out before 10am from Memorial Day Weekend to the end of August. Toes In The Sand is available for a minimum of 3 night stay from Sept.1st to May 1st.
Guest have access to the entire space. There is also a storage room below the unit where the guest will have access to beach chairs, toys, and beach buggie. Please wash off after use.
Parking for Guests who are visiting "Toes In The Sand" is permitted in the general parking area & the overflow parking lot. Parking is NOT permitted for guests under the unit. This is reserved for property owners. Limit 2 cars per guests.

*DAMAGES: Every effort has been made to repair any damages to the premises prior to your arrival. However, if you should discover any damages when you arise, please notify our office immediately so that we can verify the problem and not hold you responsible. Henna tattoos are not allowed in any of the Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services rental properties. Tenants will be charged for any damages caused by the dye from tattoos.
* REPAIRS: If you have any problem with plumbing, heating/air, or appliances during you stay, please notify our property manager so that we may correct any problem as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service unless the breakdown has been caused by your actions (i.e., Sanitary items flushed down toilet, bottle caps in a disposal.)
Upon check-out:
*Wash, dry & put away any dishes/utensils used during your stay.
*Remove all trash from the unit. Dumpsters are located on site.
*If furniture was rearranged, please return as found.
