NOT your ordinary beach rental. This beautifully decorated fully stocked home with all NEW furnishings has an abundance of space for your family to enjoy. In addition to the comforts of the inside & you will be able to enjoy the fenced backyard with a private, salt water pool & hot tub during your stay. This 5th row home is a very short walk to the beach access & pier. Located in the heart of EI, you will enjoy the close proximity to local restaurants & stores.

This updated & well stocked home comes with 3 bedrooms on the main level & an additional private suite downstairs with its own bedroom, living room & full kitchen. All bedrooms have luxury linens by beauty rest & CGK luxury. The 2 kitchens have every appliance imaginable. Coffee and tea and all spices are included to make cooking easy. There are board games, corn hole, 2 bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, towels, and everything you need to make your vacation extra special

Private driveway that can allow for 4 cars max. There is no parking available on the street. Cars will be ticketed & or towed if parked there.

Quiet - Beach access just steps from house

This home has (2) fully stocked kitchens, (2) sets of washers & dryers. Just to name a few of the kitchen amenities are: (2) coffee makers (drip & keurig) air fryer, Insta pot, juicer, bread maker, food processor, and coffee grinder. Top of the line bedding & towels for you to enjoy during your stay. We have strived to go above & beyond with all the new furnishings & amenities.

Family at the beach , The house was awesome enough space for us and daughter and her family.
Great place to stay, needed direction left how to get channels on the television I was used to the dish network, little confusing to me. But that was ok i half way figured it out. The driveway was a little strep and a little tight but we figured it all out it really was a nice and great house

Absolutely perfect!
We had a family of 8, with 6 kids/friends ranging from 15-22 and the house was absolutely perfect. We loved the floor plan, the decor and style was so nice. The house was incredibly clean and the pool and outdoor area was so nice. We couldn’t have picked a better house and location. We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay at this home! Host was very helpful. So much room here and the whole place was beautiful. Convenient washer, dryer both levels, we enjoyed the bikes and sand castle building supplies. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Best of all, it was a very short walk to the beach, and located within a few miles of everything you need plus great restaurants!

The home was beautiful and very close to the beach! The pool was perfect/ beds super comfortable- very spacious! There was trash around the sectional outside and around the pool but that wouldn't deter me from renting there again. We had a great time and would 100% rent this house again!
