Enjoy three spacious King size primary suites, each with private bathrooms, along with a Queen bedroom and a kid-friendly bunk room featuring twin bunks and pyramid bunks.

Start your day with a sunrise on the third-floor balcony, relax in the private in-ground pool and hot tub, and enjoy ample space for family meals and game nights in the large living area. The fully equipped kitchen seats 12, perfect for gathering.

Seas The Moment is just a short walk from public beach access and 3 miles from Emerald Isle's attractions and restaurants. Additional amenities include cable and Wi-Fi with streaming channels, TVs in each primary suite, outdoor decks with seating areas, a grill, an outdoor shower, and spacious driveway parking. Linens and pillows are provided for your convenience.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-NO PETS ALLOWED in or on the premises of Seas the Moment. IF this rule is violated you will be charged a $750.00 (non-refundable) fee. As per the Terms and Conditions for this property, you will be evicted immediately if this rule is breached.

Wedding
Was in the area for a wedding. Location was great for us. We didn't really get to try any outdoor space, due to the winds. However, the inside provided plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, but water pressure and hot water was a little weak. Especially when more than 1 person was taking a shower. Master bathroom tub was very nice.

Fantastic Time with Close Friends
We were in town for our son's wedding. This was the perfect location for our group to gather, laugh, eat and enjoy each other's company! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was the perfect location - close to the beach, town and others who had also traveled to Emerald Isle. There was a tropical storm during our stay, but we had a wonderful time watching the rain and the beach once it blew through. We'd definitely stay again!

Great Family Trip!
Stayed for a week with family and so much fun! The house was perfect, the backyard seems like a private oasis. We loved the pool and hot tub! The location was great! The house is just as pictured and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay! We have family in NC so we would definitely stay there again!!!

Awesome Property and Perfect Location
Had a great vacation and would recommend the property to anyone with a large group looking for a perfect location at Emerald Isle. Located just across the street from beach access. The backyard with pool, hot tub and sand area was perfect for winding down in the evenings after the beach.

Nice property
We enjoyed our stay at this nice house. They even provided the coffee for the Keurig coffeemaker! They do need to provide a broom and dustpan so we could sweep up the crumbs in the kitchen area.Otherwise it was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans.

Nice home for adults not young children
Nice house. Private rooms. Not on top of each other. Well stocked with towels and washing supplies. Driveway and deck were dangerous especially decks with small children. Definitely get your steps in walking up and down the flights of stairs. No storage room in kitchen for supplies though kitchen was well stocked with plates, cooking items, etc. The pool and hot tub were not cleaned nor working when arrived on Tuesday. After calling and being told that they come Thursday and Sunday to clean and it was Tuesday not cleaned nor filtering. Kids were disappointed with that. They did come on Thursday and cleaned and put both hot tub and pool on. Outdoor shower was not on either found out after we came back from the beach on Wednesday. That being said house served our purpose for a place where all of our family gathered.

A Great Getaway
We had 4 couples who each had their own bedroom (with a double or larger bed) and bathroom which is hard to find. The house was lovely inside and the pool and hot tub were an extra treat. It is very convenient to get to the beach. If we had to make any suggestions it would be to supply a hair dryer in at least 2 of the baths. This place was great and we would definitely come here again.

Great Beach Vacation
This house was perfect for our family summer beach trip. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the room with all the bunkbeds! The kitchen was well stoked with cooking utensils and some basic spices. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, but be careful of the busy road you have to cross. The pool is small but we had a blast in it anyway! We loved the hot tub! We will plan to visit again next year!

There is no bonus room in this house even though the pictures show one; the grill could not get fixed to go hotter than 250; the pool didn't work and the water turned green (that did get fixed), the refrigerator downstairs STUNK of rotten fish and we couldn't use it. Otherwise, the house was fine, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Spectrum staff were all very kind, helpful, and responsive.

Beautiful beach home
This home was one of the nicest we’ve stayed at in the area-it was furnished at a much higher quality than most rentals. Every room seemed recently updated, and all the beds were all comfortable (plus good pillows!) The kitchen had everything we needed, and the large open space was perfect for gathering. We enjoyed the hot tub and quiet outdoor space, and we were surprised at how many we could actually fit in the pool. Be prepared to get your steps while you’re staying here, but it’s worth the climb!

Perfect beach house
This house was absolutely perfect for the group we vacationed with! Myself and my two sisters came with our families (6 adults and 5kids), the two large master suites were super nice and we loved that two suites were on both sides of the kids room! My daughter is the youngest of the group and I wasn’t worried at all because she was right down the hallway with all her cousins. The beds were all super comfortable, the sheets and comforters were so soft and perfect weight for the summer! Best of all is the walk to the beach so short and we could see the ocean much better than I had originally expected from the house. We spent about 50% of our time at the beach and the other 50% at the pool and hot tub, the pool is small but the kids had a blast in it. I would definitely book this house again!
