This Point Emerald Villas 2BR/2BA condo is perfect for a small family or friends' beach vacation in Emerald Isle. The complex offers resort-like amenities, 2 seasonal outdoor pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, outdoor charcoal grilling areas, and two oceanfront beach access points with showers. B101 is a short walk to everything within the complex. The condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beachside stay with us.

~800 square feet of oceanside living space features a covered deck with a dining table perfect for a lunch break from the sun or an evening beverage. The two-bedroom space is perfect for a small family or two couples looking for a beach getaway with resort-like amenities. Just a short walk from two beach access points and you'll have sandy toes within minutes.

The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and just the right amount of room for our family of 4. It is a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything in Emerald Isle.

Not a pleasant experience

1. Did not receive check-in instructions the day before. 2. Caretaker of the facility had to let me in at the gate. 3. Unit was not freshened up and smelled old and musty. 4. 2 large dead roaches found on kitchen floor. 5. Floor mats at the entrance and bedrooms were dirty and stained. 6. No information packet provided upon arrival. 7. No bathroom soap.
