This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Sorry, no elevator in B Building!

Point Emerald B-204 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront Condo located on the 2nd Floor. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Bedding includes 2 queens and 2 twins.
