Studio condo walking distance to the beach! Third Floor (Top floor), private condo in gated oceanfront community with two pools, tennis courts, grills, bike racks, and clubhouse with an indoor heated pool and gym! Location is close to everything - grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars!

Cozy condo on the third (top) floor. The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator.

Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

We really enjoyed the comfort and coziness of our studio apartment. It was really close to the beach, and the process of checking-in and out was very simple. They had cleaning products, cooking utensils, and everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were in a home away from home.

This unit was perfect for our visit with family who lives nearby. We opted for it in lieu of the living room sofa bed and it was worth every penny. Affordable, clean, and convenient location on the island. Our host was responsive and everything was exactly as expected.

Perfect place for me and wife to get away for a few days. Gated community was very quiet and peaceful. Beach was walking distance and community has 2 pools. Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!

I loved the decor and coziness of this condo and it’s proximity to the beach and restaurants one thing that was confusing was that a pool was listed as an amenity, but when we got there, there was a note inside stating we were not to use the pool unless with a resident. Not a big deal for us, but it could be for someone else.

This studio apartment was perfect for me and my wife. It was clean, decorated perfectly and had all that we needed. Being in the third floor was a challenge as whoever built the steps did a terrible job….but that is not a reflection in the rental, just the builder. We loved our stay and would return again.
