The space, pool, golf cart, and easy access to food/shopping made the trip perfect. The agent was very friendly and helpful. The couple of questions I had were answered quickly. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had everything we could have hoped for. Loaded with pots and pans baking dishes and every other kitchen item needed. A jetted bath tub in the master that the kids LOVED. We decided to rent the golf cart (it costs an extra 50 dollars per night but absolutely worth it) We drove across to the beach every day(a short 2 min drive)on it and we all loved it. The charcoal grill was awesome to have! We pulled it next to the fire pit, cooked dinner and had some s’mores while dinner cooked!The private pool, yalll! We used that thing every day. It’s huge and the shed is LOADED with pool stuff! Even better the gate auto locks so no kids can get in there without a key.Beds were actually very comfortable and had tons of pillows.This place is beautiful and we will be back again next year! ALSO, the woman in charge of this property is extremely responsive and helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our sons, 2 young grandsons, spouse and partner and 3 grandparents enjoyed a muti generation vacation in Emerald Isle, NC. At Waves Edge provided comfortable spaces for everyone. Though there were a couple of issues when we arrived the property manager met us on arrival, solved the issues and was available for questions. The house was clean, nicely furnished with an attractive beach themed decor The neighborhood was quiet, attractive and the backyard pool and landscape offered privacy. The nicely furnished screened porch overlooking the pool was a haven for all morning and evening. The golf cart rental (plus and extra we rented on our own) made trips to the beach with kids and equipment convenient. The cottage location off the water was perfect for a family with young children. and the pool was the boys favorite hangout.I would recommend At Waves Edge for families with young children. It is also nicely set up to entertain teens with a rec room downstairs equipped with a ping pong table and TV.

Great location, pool was fantastic for the grandkids-plenty of room around the pool for lounging. Having the golf cart was a definite plus since there is really no public beach parking except for golf carts. We had a dog with us and having the nature park right behind the property was a big plus. Would definitely return

We spent many hours daily on the screened porch area. Location was nice. More than ample towels and supplies, which were greatly appreciated. It was mostly clean. Upstairs master furniture was very dusty. Basement bathroom may not have been cleaned. We stay oceanfront for a week, but hope to add a few days afterwards in this house.
