2 bedroom each with their own bathroom! Sofa bed too. Near Emerald Isle point this beautiful condo with an ocean view will keep you relaxed and happy while you enjoy your beach vacation! This part of Emerald Isle is quiet with less people, but minutes from the grocery stores and restaurants! Clean and beautifully decorated! Nice ocean view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This quiet condo has all you will need with a full kitchen and a stackable laundry unit. The property is gated so no public access. It has 2 pools, tennis court, and grills available. Linens included! This is a third floor condo with no elevator. Also, there is a slight slope on balcony. Very quite area, a piece of heaven !

We loved this unit! It was beautifully decorated and well stocked! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. It was nice to have the ocean view from the deck. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent! It was a short drive to everything we needed!

Great Location close to quiet, beautiful beach
Overall the condo was a great location with a great view for the price. However, as someone who used to clean rental and vacation properties, I felt there could have been more effort toward cleanliness of the property. The master bathroom shower curtain needs replacement and the dishwasher had not been emptied. It was also frustrating that there were no sheets for the pull out bed and we had to ask twice before finally getting them by the second night we were there. The condo description is accurate. The beach is close and was beautiful and not nearly as busy as the other beaches. We enjoyed our time in Emerald Isle!

Emerald isle condo
The check in process was pretty straight forward but didn't work like they planned it. We arrived at 4pm during our check in window, put the code into the box to get our packet for the condo and nothing was there… Ok, so i call the number on the box and was told to go inside the facility. I go inside and tell them who i am and that my packet wasn’t in the box and in return im told in a snarky/rude way of course its not in there i don’t put them in there till 5pm… Ok whatever i guess but my instructions said 4. Wait there 30 minutes while they gather everything up and head on my way. We get to the condo and the next issue is 3rd floor and no elevator… not a huge deal but it does suck and should be in the listing. On opening the door the condo smells of mold but overall looked clean. We went to check out the beds for bedbugs first thing and there were none great, but there were long black hairs on the pillows and sheets and also sand? The sheets on the queen bed had obviously not been washed, luckily there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The only other downside was the outside deck, it has so much of a lean we were afraid to even go out on it, its bad and didn't feel safe.

Great property, beach is beautiful!
We enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we needed. It’s a haul up to the third floor via stairs, but other than that it was perfect. A problem with a faucet in the unit was resolved within a day, staff was responsive. The beach is wonderful!
