*During the summer weeks, this home is a SATURDAY TO SATURDAY weekly rental.

Our custom and spacious home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood giving you a private oasis that is minutes from everything. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, has a long driveway providing plenty of options for parking and a fully fenced-in backyard for your dogs. Available starting in February 2024, the backyard is equipped with a new multi-level deck with an outdoor gas fire pit providing a private outdoor entertainment and dining space.

CasaVerde is a 3 minute walk through the neighborhood (not on busy roads) to the a public beach access. Our home is in Emerald Isle town center where you will find bars, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, mini golf, go-karting, water park, two grocery stores and Bogue Inlet Pier.

Bring your bikes and ride on the bike path that stretches the length of Emerald Isle. After a day at the beach enjoy a fun game of pool in the game room, then unwind in the hot tub or by the fire pit.

Want to explore the area? Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort are all easy drives and are fun to explore. Hammocks Beach State Park, the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon offer great activities for the whole family. Emerald Isle Woods Park is 1.5 miles away and offers hiking trails and disc-golf.

CasaVerde interior features a modern take on a mid-century, coastal design. Numerous upgrades have been made to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. The custom kitchen is well stocked for the chef in your party. The up-to-date bathrooms feature nice finishes. The home has three smart-TVs and Wi-Fi. The luxurious primary bedroom features a king bed, smart-TV, walk-in closet, soaking tub, luxurious shower with dual showerheads and direct access to the screened in porch with the hot tub. The second bedroom accommodates 4 guests with two queen-size beds and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with full over full bunk beds and a single trundle bed, and offers a smart-TV.

Other amenities included: fully fenced in backyard, outdoor dining space, gas fireplace in the living room, outdoor firepit, screened in porch, hot tub, game room, corn-hole and other beach games, grill, and a beach wagon.

Please note: this property has surveillance devices on the exterior only and a smart doorbell which is used solely for security purposes.

A Slice of Heaven
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as pictured and expected. Jillian was responsive with any questions we had! The place is walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants! We really enjoyed the walk ability of the location.The game room was great for the evenings with plenty of entertainment options!Truly felt like a home away from home! We wanted a place to celebrate thanksgiving near the Military base with our whole family and dogs. The kitchen is beautiful with all the equipment needed for special family meals. The dogs loved the fensed back yard and hang out area. The hot tub was a hit, it is in a screened in pourch, so the kids enjoyed warming up after a rain storm caught them on the beach.they also enjoyed the game room - staying up late without disturbing us.

Casa Verde was right in the middle of Emerald Isle proper and convenient to everything. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfy and master shower was amazing. Definitely a 5 star property.

We had such a great time! The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Location is very nice and close to the beach and shopping. The host was very responsive and very helpful to work with!

Just a great week at EI
The home was perfect for our group there for the Fishin for a Cure event. We had family and friends over for dinner and the garage games were a big hit! This is by far the cleanest place we rented!

A sweet little getaway
This house was perfect for my family and our dog. The owner provided us with clear instructions and the check in and check out process was a breeze. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the beach. The walk in shower and claw foot tub were a huge plus! Loved everything about the house and felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Had almost two months to get used to the area and the house was in the location to walk to almost anywhere you could go. Beach was close by and most of the time the weather was cooperating for our daily jaunts. Dog loved it too.

Enjoyed the back decks, fenced yard, screened porch with hot tub, just off the primary bedroom, luxurious primary bath with huge shower made the stay extra special. House was very clean & fully equipped. Also had a pool table. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was great to work with and would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place at Emerald Isle.

Wonderful host
My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend for our anniversary. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and the home was perfect. The short walk to the beach led to a nice section of beach that isn't overly crowded and is perfect for easy access for a quick run back for lunch. The home was very nice and the accommodations were perfect. Everything was exactly as listed and would certainly stay here again.
