BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT with gorgeous views! 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 4 twins.

Seaside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with beautiful and comfy furniture, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a small private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a perfect retreat for the children featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has free WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, a Weber Genesis propane grill, DVD players, beach furniture and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide spacious beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The "lower Deck" is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink in your hand while the rest of the decking areas are perfectly suited for lounging while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.

Please note that our Seaside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented generally by the week during the summer. For the non-peak months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are provided, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.

Fantastic sanctuary on an idyllic beach
The property was perfect and spacious. Everything was in great condition and Chris was an excellent host. The beach was almost exclusive because of the proximity of the houses. I would definitely go again.

Perfect for family
The property owners were proactive in communicating with me about our stay. The property was easily located and provided plenty of parking for our family (5 vehicles). You can see the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen; as well as two bedrooms and the great big room that has five beds. Overall, we loved it!

The property was perfect for our family. My kids LOVED the third floor with multiple beds. The property was very clean. The check in and check out was easy. We just clicked on, dropped our stuff, and went directly down the private deck to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great decision
We were in NC for a family wedding. I wasn’t sure whether to get cheaper lodging and spend money exploring or stay on the beach at a higher cost. My adult children thought they would want to explore but once we got to the beach house, they didn’t want to leave. The hosts were easy to work with and had all the beach stuff we needed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great house in a beautiful setting
A well furnished beach house in and excellent uncrowded location on Emerald Isle. A most pleasant host who was readily available to answer any questions upon check-in or during our stay.. We have been coming to E.I. for approx 50 yrs and have seen it grow + & -..As always enjoyed our trips to the Bogue Inlet pier to watch the real fisherman.. Also found the BEST shrimp burger EVER in a free standing food truck about 1 mi before before the old landmark Big Oak Drive in on Salter Path Rd ..

Cozy and Peaceful
Seaside Sanctuary was just that . . . a cozy, peaceful sanctuary I returned to at the end of very busy, business filled days in Morehead City. It was a delight to stay in this lovely home with the ocean as my backyard. The home was clean, organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great time at the beach! You can tell the hosts love their home. Chris was very kind and responsive. Stay at Seaside Sanctuary - you will love it!

Vacation Getaway with a Family Wedding
Mother Nature had other plans for us... we had rain 3 of the four days. However, it wasn’t bad. Right next to the beach, it allowed us to enjoy the beach between raindrops. The house looked great and really fit our needs. On our last full day, Mother Nature blessed us with a beautiful day and we enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks to Chris and Karen........ First Family Vacation 2023
We all were very impressed with everything from cleanliness to views, how conveniently close to entertainment as well as to all the toys for our grandchildren to enjoy. And have to say when one of my grandkids evidently put one of there remotes in the bag mom mistakenly took it home the owner was very understanding to this. A Vibe!
I don’t have anything bad to say at all! Renting this property was an amazing experience. Checking in was very simple and quick. The entire house was super clean and smelled fresh/new. Kitchen was amazing, up to date appliances and fully stocked! It was super easy to reach the host and they were super quick with responding! Super friendly family and customer service was a 10/10! I love how the house was stocked with board games! My family and I enjoyed this property and we have discussed renting again VERY SOON! From check in to check out, it was an amazing vibe!

Perfect getaway
I loved everything about this house. It is just like the photos. I would add a couple things that make it special. The deck is fantastic. Tall chairs that enable you to see over the deck rails to the incredibly close waves crashing. Quick note, this part of Emerald Isle is VERY quiet with people but so popular with dolphins, who played in the surf multiple times of the day. I love walking the beach at night and enjoying the stars, which are mind boggling at this part of the island. The house has great solar powered soft orange lighting at night so you can really enjoy sky without interference from the deck lights (good safety tip: these are also terrific beacons when returning at night from the beach!). The views from the upstairs bedrooms and balconies are superb. You could spend hours there. The kitchen is so well equipped and the cozy space between the living and kitchen areas feel just right. I will definitely return!

I didn’t realize it was half a house. I didn’t realize we had to make our own beds and strip the sheets at the end. Didn’t mind garbage duty. We are careful people so we stressed over all the posted signs of dos and don’t’s. Not enough towels, wash rags or blankets - glad we brought our own. Beautiful views. Nice seating out doors.

Great place, as described
This house was great for our family. The owner’s have baby gear which they allow their guests to use (including a baby monitor). The third/top floor was the best feature—four twin beds and one queen bed. The older kids loved camping out up there. The house has nice beach chairs and a box of beach toys, so we didn’t need to bring any gear. They have basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, Saran Wrap. So it’s nice in that aspect, whereas other vrbos have zero items, and you have to buy anew every time. The kitchen as well-stocked with any cooking supplies we needed. The walk to the beach was great/easy. Hosts are very responsive.

Beachfront Fun
The house was well maintained, with plenty of room for our entire group of nine guys. The location is extremely convenient and the private deck is a nice feature for private beach access and relaxing in view of the ocean. We had an excellent time and would definitely rent here again in the future.
