Sea Winds East is a second-row, semi-oceanfront DOG FRIENDLY duplex just one lot from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering fantastic views from every level. Enjoy DIRECT BEACH ACCESS via a boardwalk! This spacious home features 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 4 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements as follows: King • Queen • Queen • Queen • 2 Singles • Futon.

Perched on a high lot, this well-appointed duplex has an inverted floor plan to maximize the stunning ocean views. The top floor offers an open-concept layout, combining the great room, dining area (seats 8), and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar (seats 4). Step out onto the furnished deck with rocking chairs, bar-height seating, and a table. This floor also has a Queen bedroom and a shared full bath with a walk-in shower.

The middle floor features the principal King suite with an ensuite bathroom, including a jetted tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower. You’ll also enjoy a private furnished deck with ocean views. Two additional Queen bedrooms, a full hall bath (with tub/shower), and a washer/dryer are also on this floor.

On the ground level, there’s a bonus room with a TV, games, two Twin beds, a Full Futon, and another full bath with a walk-in shower. The home also includes an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Additional amenities include 6 Smart TVs, WiFi, ceiling fans throughout, a gas grill, and a booster seat.

Rental Details:
Typical turn day is Sunday to Sunday. Flexible stays allowed.
Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival.

Wedding Weekend

Our daughters best Friend was getting married that weekend and the house was perfect for the location of the venue and all restarurants. The house was very well stocked with towels, sheets, extra blankets as well as the kitchen had everything needed to have coffee . Thank you and I recommend this house for people with families..right across the street from beach access and its in a cul de sac area!

Best Time!

This property was in an excellent location with just a walk across the street to get to the beach. We were close to everything we needed via a short trip in the car, although a bike could have taken us to some coffee shops and restaurants. The house was perfect with lots of space, well stocked kitchen and a game closet filled with puzzles and some games. I think every room had a TV although we only watched a movie all together. Highly recommend!! Only possible downside is the extremely steep driveway if the other 1/2 of the house is occupied at the same time, which it wasn’t when we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!
