"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. "Our room was spotless, a little short in quantity to make a hot drink, no milk provided. The suggested adjacent car park under Les Champs was not easy to access and considerably more expensive than anticipated - we spent over 60euros for our 3 night stay. The area around is currently run down and having a lot of improvement/construction works carried out. "This is essentially a camping cottage - came with linens and kitchenware. There is a small restaurant and kiosk on site (where you can order croissant and baguettes fresh for the morning) and the property is shared with a campground (with electrical hook-up). There is a semi-private beach and a beautiful and charming beachfront area with restaurants. You'll need a car to get there, but once you are there you could get by with a bike and walking."
