"This has always been a nice hotel to stay in, very central in Inverness and right alongside the railway station (which is why I use it, as a resident elsewhere in the Highlands). It was grand once, and they are working hard to keep it in good condition, but it has a slightly worn feel, with signs of damp around the shower for example. "I liked the hotel location. Staff were friendly. Very dusty public areas. The breakfast was definately not as shown on website, limited fruit items available and lots of greasy items. We chose not to have breakfast in hotel because of this even though we had paid for it."
