"Hotel was extrelemly clean. Room was modern with a mini fridge. The ocean is directly across the street and you can see the waves crashing from most rooms in the resort. The bed was hard as a rock. There are 4 different buildings with rooms. We stayed in the building with the long skinny pool. It was bigger than pictures suggest but no hot tub or changing rooms near this pool. The only other indoor pool is located in the reception building which requires walking outside across the lot to reach....

"Easy access to Portsmouth, Dover, Kittery, and beyond. The road noise was not as loud as i thought, and my room was closest to the highway. Room was clean and efficient, and the continental breakfast was one of the better I've seen. Definitely recommed!"

"Great stay. Stayed in ocean balcony room. Clean and comfortable bed with a view of the ocean right from the bed and a balcony to step out on and enjoy the views. Easy Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Highly recommend "
