"Lovely property, everything that we needed. The house is huge, facilities great...I would definitely stay again. I would like to point out, bedroom two is separated from the room by a curtain, it wasn't a problem. I love the garden made me feel home from home, it a place to relax. Communication was excellent."

"This flat is really well located near shopping and dining. We could walk to shop & walk to the local sights. We had good instructions for parking off site. Hint, use the B & Q parking to load and unload. The small kitchen could have been stocked with better glassware. The bins are located in the driveway around the corner. Good bed and linens. On a busy street, but quiet at night."

"An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us."

"3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! "The home was warm and inviting when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome package waiting for us, which was very much appreciated. The property was very comfortable, cosy and well catered for with lovely log fires. Also a very large garden. Angie has prepared carefully for guests in the current coronvirus conditions and changes the cushions and throws on each visit, which is great to know. Lovely place - thanks! Helen"

"The owners were exceptionally accommodating to my requests and excellent with communication. The property presented exactly as the photos. My only suggestion would be a full length vanity mirror possibly hung/mounted on the front of one of the bedroom doors. Also a small lamp or standing lamp in the living room for a warmer ambiance. "The Farmhouse was perfect for our family trip from the USA to Suffolk to visit my Mom's hometown. There was plenty of room for all of us and all of our family to visit us throughout our stay. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and the little trail around the property. We were looking forward to using the fire pit area but it was grown over and not useable. Otherwise a perfect house!"

"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
