"Couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year, but the lawn in the backyard was great for the dog! The house is well equipped and everything worked fine. Just a few minor recommendations: the lock box is awkward and should be upgraded; the second bathroom has no drain cover and is just waiting for an earring to fall into it; the highly sensitive smoke detector should not be placed so close to the toaster and stove.) "

"My family of 5 really enjoyed this house. There is a playroom which my 3 children LOVED. Check in was very easy and fast. We even stayed an extra night and communicating was very easy and fast responses. The only negative thing I have to say is the slider door lock didn’t work properly which made us very uncomfortable but my husband figured something out and everything was fine after that. Large backyard which our children loved as well. Nice neighborhood. Would love to stay again!"

"Really nice house, super clean, modern, well lit, great kitchen, nice decor, good location to downtown and close to shopping/food, space heaters in each room were sufficient but slightly awkward, good off-street parking, nice to have on-site laundry, service fee was relatively high."

"It has become a tradition to bring my volleyball team to this property for our annual tournament. Every room has a king bed and the living spaces are accommodating for our group. After having 2 kids of my own that I now bring with us the listing is still very spacious and fits our needs. The hosts are responsive to any needs or questions we've had. "

"We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Great communication from the host and just a great overall experience. Would recommend for families looking for a similar type of visit to Chico!"

"The house wasn't as clean as I hoped over priced property that the owner later reveals another price amount after booking was confirmed and so basically charging over a thousand dollars for only 3 days for a out dated minamule admittaties an once vacating the property owner began texting rude comments an basically accused us me of destroying his house n so on an the harshing phone calls not once did the owner provide pictures proof of his allegations I do not recommand this house for anyone"

"My son was visiting Chico State, and this property was perfect for our visit. Beautifully decorated and well laid out! The main living room doubled nicely for my son as a bedroom with a pullout couch and a pocket door from the main bedroom for privacy. The master has an entire second living room, spacious closet for luggage and continues the light, bright decor from the other areas of the home.
