This well maintained villa with heated private pool is located in a nice quiet area outside of Denia and it is only a short walk to the beach. The residential area close to the sea and the very beautiful garden with palm trees, oleanders and many Mediterranean plants, cozy seating areas and atmospheric lighting leave nothing to be desired. Specifically, the villa has a large living-dining room with an open fireplace (for cozy warmth during the winter months), 2 cozy bedrooms on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all the extras and a bathroom with a whirlpool. In the separately accessible tower apartment, the 3rd Bedroom and another bathroom. The villa has been completely renovated.
We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately once with € 180, as well as a laundry package (bed linen, hand, shower and beach towels etc.) with € 15 per person. For environmental reasons, we use energy-conscious electricity and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. Water consumption and the cost of garden and pool maintenance are included in the price.

Lovely stay in Denia
Overall had a lovely stay. The outside area was lovely with the pool and jacuzzi and we loved relaxing on the sun loungers and having dinner outside on the terrace area. Inside the beds were comfortable and good storage for clothes etc. The only criticism we have about the kitchen area, we felt it could have been slightly better equipped with more and newer equipment. Also the cupboards in the lounge diner that the plates and glasses were kept in had a musty strange smell which was a bit off putting not sure it things had been put away wet and made the cupboard smell funny. Couple of maintenance issues were a couple of broken floor tiles around the pool area and the upstairs bedroom door handle was broken. Despite these small things we had a really lovely stay and the property manager was very helpful when we got there. Overall a lovely property in a good location.

The house has everything you need for a lovely holiday away from it all, but close to beaches and shops, and not far from the centre of Dénia. We loved the well-kept garden and made good use of the pool, hot tub and covered dining area. The only downside: the coffee machine only takes coffee pads, which was not to our taste.

Heerlijk comfortabele huis
Het huis is heerlijk en heel goed uitgerust. Jammer genoeg hadden we een koude periode in de winter, maar de elektrische kachels, houtvuur en airco's hielden het huis goed warm. Een van de elektrische kachels ging in de koude periode stuk maar werd snel door een nieuwe vervangen. De whirlpool in de tuin was heerlijk, vaak gebruikt. Geeft wel veel stroom verbruik! wat apart betaald moet worden. Bij boeken stond in de online advertentie een prijs van vijfentwintig cent per kwh maar bij aankomst werd duidelijk dat de prijs vijfen vijftig centkwh was geworden. Een flinke extra kosten post. Het strand is op korte wandel afstand. De hele omgeving is heel mooi voor wandelen en hardlopen. De buurt is wat minder, de bewoners van de huizen zijn bijna allemaal buitenlanders, veel Duitsers. Een heerlijke vakantie in het huis gehad, jammer van de regen en koude dagen maar gelukkig bleven er nog genoeg mooie dagen over.

Insgesamt lief von der Organisation her alles super, flexibel bei der Anreise und auch unser vergessener Bluetooth Speaker wurde uns hinter her geschickt, Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung! Das Haus und vor allem die Terasse mit dem Garten und Pool sind wunderschön.

La casa es maravillosa, es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Es preciosa, muy acogedora y cómoda, no le falta detalle. Muy bien equipada en cuanto a mobiliario y menaje. Muy cuidada y muy limpia. La zona es tranquila. La he recomendado a todos mis amigos y familiares. Sin duda repetiré en cuanto tenga ocasión de volver por la zona. Tanto la propietaria, como la asistente son muy amables y profesionales.

Gemütliche Villa mit schönen Garten
Wir waren 3 Freundinen und haben die Villa sehr genossen , wir haben schöne Abende auf die Terrasse verbracht und jeden Abend im Whirlpool uns entspannt :) der schöne Garten mit großen Pool hat unseren Urlaub versüßt. Der Ausstattung im Haus ist top wir kommen gerne wieder.

ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa
Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag in der Villa Inge sehr wohl gefühlt. In diesem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine liebevolle Einrichtung,Heizkörper in allen Zimmern, bequeme Betten, ausreichend Liegen, eine tolle,überdachte Terrasse mit einer Loungeecke und einen Esstisch, einen großen Gasgrill, ein blitzsauberer Pool, Whirlpool.... Der Garten ist toll angelegt, blickdicht mit einer Hecke eingefasst, wir haben hier sehr schöne Abende, bei stimmungsvoller Gartenbeleuchtung verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Wohngegend, nur 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants. Wir können die Villa Inge nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütliche Villa nah am Strand und schöne ruhige Gegend
Wir waren in April da, leider hatten wir keine schönes Wetter ,trotzt dem hatten wir viel Glück mit dem Haus. Die Villa war schön warm und innen Austattung war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich große Esstisch für 6 Person hat für unvergessliche Abende gesorgt mit ganze Familie. Schöner Garten mit Whirlpool und gemütliche Sofa auf die Terrasse hat für Wellness Gefühl gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

ist kein Winterhaus
Wir waren ca 3 Monate in diesem Haus. Es war sehr kalt . Die Elektroheizung hat nur 17 Grad gebracht und wir hatten die ersten Tage schon 500 kw Strom verbrauch. Hätten wir kein Gasöfchen gehabt wären wir erfroren. Wenn man das Haus im Winter vermietet , müßte man schon eine richtige Heizung installieren. Der Kamin wollte auch nicht brennen. So ist unser Fazit ,das Haus ist ein Sommerhaus ! Die Couch ist schon sehr durchgesessen nicht wirklich bequem. Frau Schmidt war sehr hilfsbereit aber das konnte sie auch nicht regeln.

Villa Inge - eines der besten Häuser, welches wir je angemietet haben. Alles gut organisiert von Anfang bis Ende des Aufenthaltes! Es war genauso, wie im Internet und auf der Homepage beschrieben. Ein Stern Abzug für fehlende Mückengitter in Fenster und Türen und kalte Außendusche, obwohl diese ja eigentlich zur Entfernung von Sonnencreme dienen sollte. Wir kommen wieder!!

Komfortable Villa, lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wunderbare Einrichtung, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, idealer Standort für kleinere und grössere Ausflüge. Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Hundepark vor der Haustür.

Gemütliche Villa mit schönem Garten
Wir waren im Frühjahr in der Villa Inge, den traumhaften Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Wir haben schöne Abende auf der gemütlichen Terrasse verbracht, der Gasgrill ist super. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht, Denia liegt nur 2 km von Els Poblets in der Nähe gibt es schöne Restaurants und das Meer in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
• Die Kamin, wahrscheinlich ist das Rauchkanal verstopft. Jedenfalls saßen wir im Nebel wenn wir die Kamin gebrannt hatten obwohl die Tür zu war. Unangenehm und gefährlich. • Bettwäsche: Die Bettwäsche ist altmodisch und das Betttuch von so einer Qualität das wir neu kaufen müssten. • Die Tür von die große Schlafzimmer schließ nicht. • Die Schiebetür vom Parkplatz reagierte nicht immer und wen, dann nur wann man in die direkte nähe war.
