"We enjoyed our stay however… it was very odd not to have locks in the doors (toilet, balcony and main door from the inside) so it wasn’t ideal with my little son. Location is great for visiting Sagrada Familia otherwise public transport is handy. Check in and was easy and automatic. "

"Had some issues with luggage storage but they accommodated. Also the streets around this area were very noisy at night but the apartment had good insulation so the noise was very minimal. Overall was a good stay! They were great at getting us a taxi on the day of departure and changing it at the last minute when our flight changed suddenly. Would stay again :)"

"The check in information we received through Hotels was wrong. In the listing and our booking information it said that the front desk was staffed from 13:00 until 19:00. When we arrived at 14:00 there was a sign on the door that said the front desk is open from 9:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00. Truly there is no front desk. There is an intercom that you use to talk to someone and they instructed you how to do a self check in which you need your booking number for. Your booking number is not your...
