We had few problems that had the potential to hamper our stay but Chris and his property manager were very responsive and solved the problems in an efficient and timely manner. "Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me...

"Overall, this house was a great stay for us. It was very clean and well stocked with adequate supplies. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The one big downside was the pool. The listing had it as “south facing” and it is definitely NOT south facing. It is shaded for most of the day being on the north side so be aware of that. Besides that, great stay and a great house! "
