Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, no issues as a place to stay for the weekend with my dog. Pet friendly is a huge bonus as not many places are. Interesting location with the abandoned hotel but it did not bother me. About 17 min. drive to downtown Halifax. Would stay again!"

"The room itself was average, however, problems began immediately upon arrival since the door code did not work. It required an hour of repeated messages (texts/emails/phone calls) before a working code was received. We felt lucky the evening was warm and dry. We stayed twice, with a 2 day break in between. I should mention that that the suite is on the second floor with access being a very long flight of stairs so would not be appropriate for mobile impaired and maybe elderly.
