The check in process was easy. The instructions were clear and precise. Parking was a breeze as they have a driveway and street parking. Once I walked in I was a little confused because it didn't look anything like the pictures. I quickly figured out that the pictures must have been of the upstairs unit and I was in the downstairs unit. It was more updated and very spacious. First bad thing, in the morning when I was about to cook breakfast I found only one large pot. There wasn't any frying pans, no baking sheets, and the spatulas were brand new but still had the zip tie on them so I couldn't even use it. I didn't have scissors to cut it. I wish that was noted because I would have brought my own pots and pans. Second thing, during my stay I had to keep socks on because the floor felt sandy. I kept having to wipe the bottom of my feet. There was no mop or broom to sweep or clean anything. Third and worst part, during the night around 12:30am, the people upstairs were walking so hard and moving stuff that it woke me up. About 45 minutes of listening to that, I started hearing water run. After 5 minutes I got up to see what it was and water was pouring from the ceiling in the kitchen. Water was all over the island.I had to grab that one pot and put it under the leak to catch the water. Once again, no mop or broom to clean up anything.The ceiling was leaking for probably 10 minutes then it stopped. I sent a video/message to the owner Still no response. Very irresponsible.
