After requesting checkin instructions multiple times from host for three days by myself AND VRBO customer support, with no response whatsoever from the host, I texted her directly and FINALLY got a response back almost 2 hours later, leas than 20 hours before checkin, stating “oh sorry I’m going have to cancel your reservation. The property wasn’t supposed to be available on VRBO… mind you this was booked AND paid for in full months ago! Thank goodness for the help of the VRBO...

The house was comfortable and extremely clean. The hot tub, game room, and fire pit were all in great condition. The communication with Angel and the instructions provided were wonderful. "We really enjoyed our time is this amazing house, with the beautiful lake in front of us! The house is big, and well equipped, including many spices in the kitchen, and all cooking stuff needed. There is a pool table and a foosball which kept the kids busy for long hours. And the view from every window is superb!! There were some very minor issues such as not enough cutlery, and the dining table was small and since we were the 10, there was hardly enough room for all of us around the table....
