"It was very nice, they were very friendly and kind, I only used the hotel to sleep, did not use any amenities in the hotel. I just found a hard time while showering, you need to pull a rod so hard to take a shower, which wasn't very convenient, I felt like I was fighting with that rod everytime I went to shower. But overall everything was nice and perfect."

"This is a pretty good and descent vintage hotel in the heart of NY City. Close to everything. I would be happy to come back to this hotel when visiting NY City. The service was perfect and friendly The concierge Daniel Goldman was awesome. He recommend us good places and even helped us with reservations. We are really pleased."
