"Hit water great"

"I want thank the staff member working the front desk on the afternoon of 11/11, for the bottle of water when i checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A couple things however: 1. Water pressure was very low. 2. The toilet paper should be mounted over the top, not down the backside. This is for practical readons, not style. The paper is mounted in a position that makes it a stretch to reach, even for me at 6'1". With the paper end rolled at the back, the reach is an extra 3". Difficult at 5'2". 3. The shower floor is slippery, especially with your very soft water. It's an accident waiting to happen. You should install some anti-slip strips."
