Condo / Appartment with separate entrance in Haushälfe. Located between Warnemuende and Nienhagen in Elmenhorst. Directly on the golf course, about 2 km to the beach, 4 km to Warnemünde. Wonderful starting point for cycling (access to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route) and excursions. Quiet but still close. Charges: incl.: Bed linen, towels, car parking space, travel cot, high chair, room safe and two bicycles (bikes available from 01. 04. to 31. 10.).

Wir waren zwei Ehepaare und haben eine Woche in Elmenhorst gewohnt. Alle unsere Ziele waren von hier sehr gut erreichbar, besonders schön war die Ruhe. Alles vorhanden , wirklich top.

Wohlfühldomizil!
Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (12 und 10 Jahre alt) einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der farbenfrohen, liebevoll eingerichteten und jahreszeitengemäß dekorierten Ferienwohnung in Elmenhorst verbracht. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist gemütlich, die drei Schlafräume sind klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Für Unterhaltung sorgt eine sehr gut sortierte "Bibliothek", in der für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein dürfte, außerdem stehen einige DVDs zur Verfügung. Daneben gibt es sehr viel Literatur wie Bildbände über die Umgebung, die zu Ausflügen etc. inspirieren. Für uns war die Lage durch die Nähe zu Rostock ideal, auch Stralsund, Wismar und Schwerin sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Besonders schön: ein Spaziergang am Strand entlang bis nach Warnemünde! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt - auch Spülmittel, neuer Spülschwamm und saubere Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden,ebenso Tabs für die Spülmaschine. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereits im Preis inbegriffen waren. Die nebenan wohnenden Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt und man hatte das beruhigende Gefühl, sie bei einem Problem jederzeit kontaktieren zu dürfen. Fazit: Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen und auch Freunden empfehlen!
