"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Good view of the mountains as it sits opposite on the hill. It is a bit of a walk into town, but we did not mind it. It was really nice to have a walk after dinner! Apartment was clean, simple, but has everything you need. As our visit was in the summer - we did not use the sauna. Be aware the garage is small. We had a van and fortunate not all the spaces were full or we would have trouble getting in/ out. Would definitely stay here again!"
