"The apartment was clean and well situated. Giorgio was attentive and helpful. The one problem was that WiFi was extremely limited and unusable. I had remote work to do and had to use my data plan from the States - very expensive! Other than the WiFi, everything was great."

"Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"Good property, clean and well equipped, air conditioned facility. Easy contact with the host via WhatsApp. Just mind the access , two ways street a bit narrow but manageable with a normal car. Very pleasant to hear the sound of seawaves in the evening!"

"- proche centre, voisinage silencieux. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire (même si distant). - problème avec les clés pour l'ouverture de la porte du batiment, il fallait avoir le coup de main, et ca n'était pas pratique. "Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue.
