"The hillside house is in the northside of Rapid City on a quiet street. We had quick and easy commutes to downtown, SD Mines campus, and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean. The house had all the cooking supplies we needed to prepare meals. Cupboards were labeled which was convenient. Each floor had a large living room area with a TV and plenty of seating. Communication with the host was great and he responded quickly. I would rent again and would recommend this house to others. "

"Every need was met before we even arrived at this home. It is great for 2 couples as there is 2 beds and a bath upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs. Beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was supplied. Communication was great as well. The location is great for everything South Dakota has to offer. If Vrbo offered the option for a 10, I would definitely rate them a 10. "

"This was a nice house in a great remote location with a river in the back yard. The listing was alittle deceiving because it said room for 6 cars and the pictures show a 3 stall garage. We expected access to the 3 garage stalls and then pqrking outside. But instead we had 1 stall. We had 2 demolition derby cars we wanted to store in the garage to keep them out of the snow that was coming in and we also had a nice suv we wanted to keep inside.
