"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. "Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "

"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."
