"I think for what you pay, this is a great option and it’s centrally located. There were a couple of things worth mentioning in case it bothers you. This is in the basement of a house and that each room is on a different level. You can definitely hear the people above ypu walking, but for me that was easy enough to tune out. "Location was convenient to downtown, about a 10-15 min walk to the downtown main area. Neighborhood is slightly sketch but not terrible. Host was very quick with communication. The only mishap was the sheets didn’t seem to have been cleaned upon our arrival, found hairs/stains that should have been washed out with proper wash. Host was able to resolve the issue for most part by providing access to clean sheets. Would probably stay again for the right price point. Overall was a good stay! "
