Karen’s Country Cottage

Karen's Country Cottage is a charming home in Mannsville, NY.  Sparkling clean and full of homey touches, it's the perfect spot for your next getaway.  On the main level you'll find one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bath, a furnished kitchen, and a cozy livingroom. There is also a bonus room with a workspace and a day bed. The sunroom has a beautiful view of the surounding area and lets you soak up the sun.  Upstairs is one bedroom with a full sized bed and another bedroom with a queen sized bed.  Outdoor is a lawn to enjoy, and a patio area with a firepit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Loved the sun room a true Birds Eye view. Enjoyed the birds. Very clean and neat. Very accommodating. Trip to the beach for sun sets at Southwick State Park amazing. Highly recommend Lakeview Pond trail to a 13 mile isolated beach.
