This cabin has many fun and entertaining things to do on the property. Or you can spend the day enjoying the community game room, tennis courts and indoor heated pool. You can also enjoy a relaxing bonfire, hot tub, playing cornhole with friends and family, fishing right off the bank of the river, or just relaxing on the front porch watching the deer that walk through. A building in the backyard with a hanging bed where you can relax and read a book or even just watch the river flow. This cabin even includes a Man Cave downstairs where you can play pool, watch a movie. This 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath cabin is located in the Coosawatee River Resort which has two fishing ponds where you can go and fish at or even just go to relax and watch the ducks and geese. A shared playground for the younger ones including play sets and swings right around the corner. So, if you enjoy nature this cabin is for you! This is definitely a cabin that can be enjoyed year round and is minutes from stores, restaurants, and Ellijay attractions.

Perfect River View
We had a great stay at this house on the Coosawatte River in Ellijay. The home was in great shape and the neighborhood was pleasant. The river view from the back yard was amazing. We would definitely stay here again when we visit again. Lots of things to enjoy throughout the neighborhood.

We rented this place to host an annual Grinch Party for family and friends. It was nice to have the three levels. The house was comfortable and well laid out. Everyone had a blast! The property does need some time spent using someTLC. However everything we needed was there and the owner was very communicative.

It was very spacious and very pretty. My friends and I enjoyed it very much. However, the main reason I chose this place was the hot tub and it did not work and they won't give me a discount :(((

Overall a great cabin. Some things we haven’t had at all the other cabins. Tubing from back yard is a plus. Feeding deer was loved by youngest daughter. Owner is doing a great job working to upgrade cabin.

Perfect river destination
I stayed here for one night (wish it were longer) with a group of 9. We were impressed with the range of amenities; nice back deck, hot tub, firepit, picnic table overlooking the water, rope swing, pool table, darts. The homeowners were extremely flexible, letting us check in hours earlier than the scheduled time so that we could drop off bags before floating the Cartecay. They also let us stay after check out time to accommodate our night-owl tendencies. 5 stars all around!

On the river and the driveway is perfect.
Everything was great. You are close to neighbors so if you want to be loud at night you need to go inside. Driveway is the best in Elijay flat and circular. You are literally on the river.

Boys high school senior trip
2 moms and 6 senior boys enjoyed the place for their high school trip. Boys floated down the river and loved it. Game room was amazing! Large TV ,pool table and dart board. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved feeding the deer. Owner left corn to feed them with. Communication with owner was great! Quick response and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

The home was absolutely stunning the pictures truly did not do it justice. There was a ton of space and it accommodated our family and friends. The home was very clean upon arrive and decorated for the holidays. The host was very considerate with the things which were included in the home. The outside was definitely my favorite with a shed beautifully decorated near water and a fire pit. I would’ve loved to spend more time here. Will definitely be booking again in the future. 10/10 would recommend !

BEAUTIFUL CABIN!!
We had such a great time staying here! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! The rooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean the kitchen was so easy to use! The man cave and hot tub was so ur favorite part! The hot tub was so nice and clean! There was also a pool table that was lots of fun too! Another cool part of our trip is that the deer will come up to the cabin and they even have corn there for you to feed them! The Walmart and others stores are only about 10 minutes away so if you need anything you are not that far! Jason was an amazing host and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was good! I definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!

Great family trip
Absolutely fantastic place. Location was easy to access and find. We arrived in the middle of the night and the check in instructions were spot on. He even left the lights on for us. Plenty of tubes provided to float down the river from right out the back door. Owner gave points for take out either 1 hr or 3 hr float from the cabin. Left us plenty of corn to feed the deer that visit numerous times throughout the day. Kitchen fully equiped. Cooked breakfast and dinner every day. Have stayed in this area before, but this is by far the best trip we have had as a family. We will definitely return. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation and have a relaxing trip.

Perfect for families!
Our family and grandchildren had a great time staying here at Jason’s cabin. The grandchildren loved feeding the deer who came up each morning and evening. The adult children tubed 3 different times. We all sat out on the deck and sang while guitars were played. The kitchen was large enough for us to help with meals. The basement provided another space for fun and everyone loved the hot tub! Communication was great with Jason. The pictures really didn’t do the place justice. Thanks Jason for a great vacation.
