Conveniently situated between Ellijay and Carters Lake, you'll have your choice of Georgia Blue Ridge beauty to discover from outdoor recreation to charming mountain hamlets and everything in between. Private home highlights include a covered hot tub and a rustic wood firepit. You'll also enjoy access to resort amenities like a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a game room, and fitness facilities.

The warm interior features cozy mountain charm and elegant accents that elevate your overall experience. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, plush furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace set the scene for family gatherings. Flip on the smart TV to stream your favorite shows or browse the collection of DVDs for a movie to watch. Give tasty home cooking a gourmet flourish in the beautifully updated kitchen boasting granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and countertop accessories like K-cup and drip coffee makers, a microwave, and a toaster.

Nearby activities and attractions include Carters Lake, hiking trails, river tubing, whitewater rafting, vineyards, and farm shops. Downtown Ellijay is only five miles away.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
