Beautifully renovated with design & comfort in mind, we're thrilled to welcome you to our gorgeous chalet featuring amazing views, luxe interior design and crowd-pleasing amenities (outdoor hot-tub, barrel sauna, fire-pit & more)

This beautiful & private lot is surrounded by mature pine trees with amazing views of EVL skiing. Easy access to the center Ellicottville (4 min) and skiing, hiking/mountain biking trails, tubing, golfing & more (4-8 min)

THE CHALET
After a day of outdoor fun, skiing or golfing, we can't wait to welcome you to enjoy the luxe design, amazing views and premium outdoor amenities (outdoor hot-tub, barrel sauna & fire-pit) of our Après Chalet!

Truly a cabin goer's dream, our spacious (3,000+ sf) chalet offers a private, off-the-grid feel with amazing views, while being just 4 minutes to the center of Ellicottville's beautiful village! The open concept design & A-frame great room ceiling provides a bright and comfy setting whether relaxing by the fireplace or mingling around the fully stocked chef's kitchen featuring a wine fridge, gas stove-top, and solid wood dining table for your group to gather.

Fun for the who family: shuffleboard, air hockey, board & lawn games, 6x large SmartTVs (50-65"), DirectTV Satellite service, dart board, record player, and popcorn machine & kid's fort that'll make the kid's say OMG!

Working remotely & surfing streaming apps is a breeze with high-speed, fiber optic, WiFi throughout & an upstairs work area. Great cell signal.

Bring your (fur)babies: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and dog crate provided. Up to 2 pets (cats or dogs) are welcome, but please include them at the time of booking as we have a pet fee. See our 'House Rules' for dog breeds we're not able to accommodate. Please inquire if you have 3 pets and we may be able to make a special exception.

Beautiful place!
This home was perfect for our family reunion. Great kitchen, comfy beds, a table big enough for all of us to eat together, and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. We range in age from almost 18 to almost 80, and everyone agreed that we should come back.

Amazing views in Ellicottville
Views can't be beat from the living room. Amazingly comfortable for our group of 9 adults. Plenty of amenities to accommodate a large group. Quiet, cozy, and a short 10 minute drive to the nearby town and slopes. Beds were very comfortable!

Friends Trip!!
This place is exactly as advertised. I’ve never seen a rental so clean and well stocked. The owners thought of everything and the location was perfect. You can see the slopes and are just a 4 minute drive into town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property a short distance to town and ski slopes. Very clean and space was plentiful for 7 guests. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall, a great place to stay in Ellicottville. Great game room and the outside amenities were clean and a perfect way to relax after skiing.

The perfect EVL vacation spot
This property was better than expected. It was more than enough for our adult group of 9. Had everything we needed. Great layout, well decorated, and perfect location (not too far from town, but far enough for a great view). We just had the best time and are already talking about coming back.

50 th Anniversary Memory
Perfect house for family gathering…the game room was a great place for the cousins to hangout and have fun…Meanwhile, the adults just relaxed. The house was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. We had such a great time nobody wanted to leave. The only down fall was the Bills losing their game.

We had a excellent weekend thanks to ownership! Comments were made all weekend long how it’s the best house anyone has stayed at in Eville. House link was shared with many other interested friends. Layout of the house and new renovations passed our expectations for sure. We will be back next year! Strongly suggest this house if your heading to Eville!

Birthday weekend
The home was lovely. Just a few comments, the living room furniture had loose cushions and was uncomfortable and the shower water pressure was low. The internet continuously lost the signal which made it difficult to watch the bedroom TV’s. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Perfect House and Close to Town
House layout and size was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and the kids loved the basement games and outdoor space. The view did not disappoint either :) My only disappoints were that the washer and dryer were not working, so I couldn't wash any of my kids clothes, which I was planning for. One of the 2nd floor bedroom doors didn't fully latch either, so when the basement door opened that bedroom door would swing open, which scared our 3 year old trying to nap and sleep at night. Other than those two things, it was a great trip for our family!

New Year’s Eve ski vacation 2020
We loved our stay at your beautiful ski home. It was decorated so cute and we appreciated all of the room we had, the big kitchen table, the many bedrooms (which also had comfortable mattresses) and the teenagers really loved the games in the basement. The open layout is perfect with the kitchen and family room together.We loved the location- which was really close to skiing and to town but far enough away “in the country” to feel like you had plenty of privacy. The home is surrounded by trees and a beautiful far off view of the mountain which was lit up and beautiful even at night! We did not make use of the hot tub or of the fire pit area but it was still nice that the house has these as an option. We would recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you for helping to make the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 so amazing.

Wonderful retreat location
For 12 moms looking to escape their responsibilities for the weekend, this was a perfect retreat. Clean, quiet, and well stocked with basic necessities - we especially appreciated the hairdryers and shampoo/body wash/conditioner that came with the chateau. The owners were wonderfully responsive to the few questions we had, and we immensely appreciated the giant table that let us all sit together for meals. 10/10 would recommend.

Family vacation
My family of ten, with 4 kids under 10 and 2 dogs, enjoyed the house and the area. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen and grill were great for large family meals. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the small backyard was ok for badminton. The area had plenty to do including an alpaca farm, Holiday Valley for their coaster, tree climbing and gem finding, and we had dinner (with the dogs) at a few of the local breweries. Overall it was a good vacation.

Great home for large families
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very large home that easily accommodated two families with teens. Beds were very comfortable. Nice quiet street and only a short drive to town or the ski hill.
