Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that sleeps 10. 5 minutes from the heart of Ellicottville. Perfect getaway for one to two families from Toronto, Buffalo, Cleveland, Rochester, or Pittsburgh - all less than a three hour car drive to "The Aspen of the East" and the year round destination for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, golfing, swimming and hiking.

Fully furnished with all the amenities, full kitchen with modern appliances. Two living areas. 3 bedrooms upstairs and bunk room with a pair of adult bunk beds downstairs. Recreation room with pool table, dart board, flat screen TV and a wet bar. Outside there is a pond, outdoor fire pit, huge deck. Wood burning stove in downstairs living area.

Great Ski Getaway location
This property was perfect for our needs. A great mudroom for all equipment, two separate living areas and a gameroom with darts and pool table, easy access to main thoroughfare, and a nice property to hike. Plus, the owners maintained the driveway and decks to keep them free of snow. We had a wonderful stay!

The Ski House
My grandchildren refer to this rental as the ski house. This rental is perfect for a family. Plenty of beds and space for all of us. It's close to tubing, ski resorts and downtown Ellicottville.

Fun family weekend
The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay, with 6 toddlers. The safety gate and safety locks were very appreciated. We had plenty of space, and the kids enjoyed playing with all the toys provided. The land around the property was just beautiful. We loved relaxing out on the back porch and going to the fire pit. We made some wonderful memories.

Home for Ski Weekend
We utilized this home for a ski weekend with three sisters and all our teenage children. The home offered plenty of space with two living areas and a game room. The bedrooms were spacious. The owners answered all questions quite promptly and the home was how we anticipated it to be. We were there primarily to ski but the home also offered things like a pool table and dart board which was perfect for teenagers. The home is a short drive into the town of Ellicottville and a 12 minute ride to Holiday Valley even with not perfect roads. We bounce around ski areas that we do this trip on but if this house is available when we go again, it is a definitely possibility. Thank you to Kelly and Roy for sharing their property with us.

Perfect!
This house was absolutely perfect for our family, every essential that was needed they had on hand. Cozy den down stairs and a pool table to play with the kids. I loved being able to spend time together around the fire pit making smores and memories. I will definitely go back to this location in the future!

Enjoyed Country home near Ellicottville
All was great and met our expectations. Communication with the owner was very good. The home was a little older and was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and beds were comfortable. Loved the property, country setting, and fall color of the area. As we drove in we thought it might be a little close to the main highway noise, but it turned out not to be an issue. Grandkids enjoyed exploring around the acreage of the property. The house is about 5 miles out of Ellicottville proper. All was good— would rent again if in the area.

Love this place. This is the third year in a row that we have rented this house. Big enough to hold all my family without everyone on top of each other. Also love the parking. We can easily fit all the vehicles in the parking area.

Great Space in a Terrific Location
Our stay in Ellicottville was an incredible weekend escape. The property had all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen and the fire pit is such a cool spot that we made it our nightly gathering place. The house is conveniently located near town which made for quick trips to breweries, restaurants, and shops.

Very nice home with lots of space! Nice kitchen with all amenities, large bathroom w/plenty of linens, washer/dryer, beautiful outside space! Minutes to downtown Ellicottville! Just know there is no central A/C and only one bedroom has window a/c. The living room/dining room has a window a/c as well but for sleeping the bedrooms were hot. Had to go buy fans at dollar general for each bedroom. Overall very nice place!

We had a family wedding in the area and this was much better than staying at hotel. Plenty of room and comfortable. Everything we needed and great location. Loved the fire pit and plenty of wood provided. Will book again for our next family event.

We had the best time! We took our grandchildren (young adults) to see snow for the first time and boy did we have snow! The owners we wonderful. We could not have asked for more. They kept the driveway plowed and walkways shoveled and salted. Provided ample firewood for the wonderful fireplace inside. They were great!

Family winter memories
My goal was for an enjoyable family get away. It was just that. There were 3 generations in our group. We all had a very good time. I believe the major reason was our accomodations. The house has plenty of amenities: 4 bedrooms, 11/2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, 2 tables for dining, 5 TVs, toys, high chairs, a pool table for adults and one for children, washer and dryer, a large mudroom, plenty of essentials are provided, and it's just minutes from Ellicottville! My grandkids want to know when can we go back to the "ski house"? Definitely a great find and we will be returning!
