Located on cul de sac with no traffic. Very private setting backing onto a forested mountain. No backyard neighbors.
Weber bbq, New 3 x 60" smart tvs with high speed wifi internet, netflix, cable tv and xbox. New ping pong table. Pool table has just been updated. New linens, new towels, new sheets.

Gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with quality amenities, mostly new. It's all supplied.

No need to drive. Everything is within walking distance.

We booked for the weekend. Loved every second of our stay. Location is ideal, very close to the restaurants and bars. House is spacious and clean, lots to do for everyone. Host is very responsive! Overall a wonderful experience! Will definitely stay here again!

Another amazing weekend in Ellicottville
This is the third year we've stayed at Steve's place in Ellicottville, and every year it gets better! The house is amazing, and had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed gathering around the fire and playing games as well as spending time in the massive basement, playing air hockey, ping pong, pool and watching movies. The hot tub is always a hit for us after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals in the house, but the house is also only a 5 minute walk from town, which is super convenient when we wanted to grab a bite to eat or shop. The beds are all very comfortable and the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which meant our party slept wonderfully and woke up ready to hit the mountain! Steve is a wonderful host and is extremely responsive when we've had questions. There is no doubt we'll plan on returning to Steve's house for year four next year!

Steve is a great host and very communicative. His property is the perfect place to stay. We had two families. There was plenty of space, it was clean and well equipped, and even better that it was walkable to downtown. If you're not going to stay in a ski-in-ski-out, you may as well be close to all that Ellicottville has to offer downtown!

Wonderful property
Had to leave early the night before check out. I believe we left the property the way it was on arrival. My only concern was we had some additional garbage of which we tried to fit into the trash bin outside. I hope it’s not a problem. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

A beautiful home, excellent location! Steve is a wonderful host. The check-in was seamless and Steve checked in via text throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues and the house had plenty of space and the playrooms downy stairs were perfect for kids. We loved being close to all the restaurants and stores. We plan to be back asap!

Fabulous holiday weekend in Ellicottville
Our family had another wonderful stay at Steve's house in Ellicottville! Steve is extremely communicative and the house is beautiful with large bedrooms and bathrooms and was perfect for our family. We loved spending time in the basement/game room and sharing meals in the awesome kitchen. The kids specifically loved the great hot tub! Thank you Steve! We'll hopefully be back next year!

Girls yearly get together

Great Stay in Ellicottville
We had a great stay at this house for two families with kids. The location is fantastic, a very pretty and quiet street but short walking distance to the main strip. Lots of terrific places to eat and shop - West Rose was amazing dinner for the adults and Ellicottville Brewing has a gorgeous patio. The house itself is well equipped and super clean. Very fun basement and the house had more TVs than we knew what to do with. Steve was very responsive leading up to and during our stay.

Wonderful family time in Ellicottville!
We had a wonderful long holiday weekend at this house! The house was perfect- plenty of space for the adults to relax and a lot of room for our children (Ages 5, 4, 3, and 2) to play and explore! The location was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed the little neighborhood that was removed from the center of town yet only a 6 minute walk from town! Steve was extremely communicative throughout our stay whenever we had questions, which was very appreciated. Further, the house was well appointed- comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, many TVs, games, puzzles, etc. We will definitely be back!

New Year's Eve at Holiday Valley
We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Van Buren Street! Our group consisted of two families with teenagers. The house was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The weather didn't cooperate for skiing so we were really happy to have the ping pong table, pool table, hot tub and plenty of space to play cards! The location was great, just a short walk to Main Street, restaurants and shops. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. We'd stay here again!!
