"Great room, nice hotel building and great location for the ferry but bathroom was filthy with the shower area, around the floor and near the toilet looking like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Some sort of proudly-displayed "Green is the new clean!" but I'd strongly suggest going back to old-fashioned cleaning instead of letting nature take its course in a hotel bathroom. You could literally see the splash-pattern of previous guest's urine on the glass wall of the shower (see photo). The room...

I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
