"The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess."

"Nice hotel in the beautiful town of Osnabrueck. Easy to find and very clean. Lovely bakery about 10 minutes walk from the hotel where you can have breakfast. "
