Charmanter Altbau, 50m von der Mosel
Sehr gemütlich, schön hergerichtetes Apartment in einem Haus von vor 1500. Ausstattung ist super: neu renoviertes Bad, Bett ist sehr gemütlich, Küchenausstattung vollständig sogar inklusive Spülmaschine. Kontakt war, nachdem er geklappt hat, sehr freundlich, einfach und direkt. Uns ist bspw. ein Teller kaputt gegangen, wurde einfach ausgetauscht ohne Problem. Lage ist perfekt. 50m bis zur Mosel, kleines Weinlokal mit nettem Winzer in direkter Fußweite. Busanbindung an die Moselregion in 150m Laufweite. Wir haben es sehr genossen, vielen Dank! Ein paar kleine Abstriche, die aber wahrscheinlich der Situation geschuldet ist, dass die Vermietung erst neu begonnen wurde und dementsprechend auch nicht in der Bewertung berücksichtigt: - leider falsche Angaben, was Haustiere anging, aber sehr nett und unkompliziert gelöst; wir können trotzdem nicht wiederkommen :( - uns wurde kein Besucherpass/Ticket angeboten, was aber wohl recht Kostengünstig zur Verfügung stehen kann -> wäre top, wenn ihr da nochmal nachhakt - die Treppen sind wirklich sehr steil, bedingt durch den Erhalt des Altbaus; für uns kein Problem, aber in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt - Kaffepads, insb. für eine Padmaschine sollten vielleicht auch über die Teekasse verfügbar sein - 1 Spülmaschinentab und 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier sind etwas wenig :) - Angegeben ist ein Parkplatz, wir hatten auch einen. Theoretisch sollen aber wohl nicht für alle Wohnungen einer verfügbar sein und das sollte erwähnt sein

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach toll. Eine sehr gute Mischung aus alt und neu. Vielleicht könnte man noch darauf hinweisen, dass mache Treppen in so einem Altbau für ältere Menschen eventuell schwer zu meistern sind. Aber das kann man sich bei einem fast 500 Jahre alten Haus eigentlich denken.
