Other things to note
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around exterior of the house (front garage and side garage) but no inside camera to ensure our guests privacy.
- Our home is 3 levels. No bedrooms on the main floor
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first aid kit
- MAX capacity allowed in this home is 8 unless prior approval from Katie An extra guest fee will be charged for any guest that exceed the 8 at $300 an evening for each guest over 8 and possible termination of the stay without rein bursment
- Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
- NO pets allowed please
- Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.We set the hot tub to heat at 96. They are all on timers and spa will turn off at 10PM unless otherwise inquired with approval.
NOTE: for safety and security of our guests, each guest who enters the home at anytime during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests.
Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
PENALTY-FREE 100% REFUND for Reservations Greater than 30 Days From Arrival: If cancelling entire or portion of reservation with an arrival date greater than 30 days from arrival a full 100% refund will be provided of all rental rates, fees and taxes.

Guests will have access of the entire house with the acceptation of anything that specifies owners and the back lania that is locked off and the gated area around our boat and well as the garages

Minimum renters age is 26. Government ID to be provided . Once booked we require the government ID of the primary and then for insurance purposes we also need the guests that will be staying listed on airbnb. This is also an acknowledgment that you have read and agree to our house rules.

Pets are not allowed at our property. We have a family member who is highly allergic. Guest violations will result in immediate cancelation without reimbursement.
