Everything about this home was accurate as described. Well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and check in/check out were a breeze. We felt right at home and would recommend. And well, you just can't beat that view!

Great water view and very clean.
Our family of three really enjoyed this rental. Very clean and functional. Great view of Manatee River and close to attractions. We visited the Bradenton Motorsport Park, the aquarium in Tampa and enjoyed an airboat/gator spotting ride in Arcadia.

Everything you need + nice views, pet friendly
The home is older but clean, beds comfortable, nice water views and yard for the dogs (not fully fenced) but room to play fetch etc. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Location was good for restaurants etc. Host was very thoughtful and checked in first day to be sure we were comfortable

It was our first time staying here and we absolutely enjoyed it! The house was wonderful and the view was gorgeous, very quite area for vacation and most of all pet friendly. I'm looking forward in returning.

Great little house on an amazing property! House was layed out so nice felt so roomy for a 2bed 2 bath. Enjoyed sitting out by River edge enjoying coffee. Also just sitting taking in the fresh air was so relaxing! Thank you for a great weekend!

Nice backyard location but a little dated/bare
Backyard is amazing on the water. Kitchen is small and not suited for any cooking/hosting. AC struggles in the master bedroom. It’s a great place to hang with family. But it’s very basic/dated. Need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.

Property manager had good communication. She was very easy to work with. Location of the house is fantastic and my husband was in heaven fishing. Well kept and cute setup. 2 outdoor restaurants with tropical beach vibe within 2 miles. Wee will certainly rent again here. It was a wonderful Birthday get away for my husband

Perfect Holiday
My parents and I rented this home at Christmas time in order to spend time with friends and family who live in Bradenton over the holiday. We weren’t anticipating the cold weather, however the gorgeous sunroom allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views as if we were outside. It was conveniently located, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Beautiful veiw
Very clean and beautiful. Outstanding views, wonderful neighborhood and the lady next door is a treasure. I highly recommend a quiet stay here anytime. We saw manatees and porpoises. We loved everything about our stay there. It had everywhere needed. While your there try whiskey joes right down the road. The food was terrific. Kristina was amazing. Thank you so much.

Great fishing on the river
Overall a wonderful experience. We had a refrigerator shelf break in the middle of the night, contacted property owner and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that it happened but the property manager handled the situation perfectly. Will most certainly book this property again if we’re ever in the Ellenton/palmetto area. Thanks again

Good but a bit old
The space was nice with good amenities. Back sunroom was excellent. View was amazing. Everything was good and clean but overall feel was that it was somewhat old and needs some updates/refreshing. Front door edge was split - looked like someone tried to break it open. Fence for dog was not acceptable - sort of falling apart. BBQ needs replaced. We would consider staying again if the dog area was fixed. Thank you!

Average Property
View from property overlooking river very nice. Owner replaced missing beach chairs and wood for the for the fire pit. We never used because of high winds and consideration of neighbors. Barbecue looked brand new. The comfortable looking chairs shown in the lanai pictures are no longer there. We stayed 5 weeks and considering the amount of money we paid it would have been nice to have seat cushions for both the hard wooden chairs in the lanai and the outdoor metal patio set. We did mention this to the owner. The description states garage under parking but there is no room to park a car the owner uses it for storage. Kitchen has original old cupboards and fridge is missing middle shelf. The house is outdated. Yard could also do with some TLC.

Very Disappointed
The property was misrepresented. The home smelled awful, the living room furniture was dirty and the house is in need of repair. We ended up having to leave a day early due that out pet became ill. I notified the property manager of the issues and informed them that we were leaving and have yet to hear back from them.

Worst anniversary trip ever!
What the listing does not tell you is there is a mold infestation in the home. I woke up the day after arriving with a severe headache that would not go away, the second day I developed a rash, and by the third day I had stomach issues and was very fatigued. We decided to head home the 4th morning as I was continuing to get worse. Upon checking all closets, under sinks, etc. to make sure we were not leaving anything, we discovered the mold infestation. Suddenly, my health issues made sense. The owner has refused to refund any portion of the rent we paid even though we reported the mold issue, and resulting health issues, within 6 hours of discovering the mold. This was the worst anniversary trip ever!

Interesting !!!
Nice location Great fishing but beware of the fire ants. The home needed to be kept up in the front overgrown bushes i stayed for a month and it was enjoyable . But I expected more I expected the home to be kept up on the outside more than it was. It needed a lot of landscaping bushes cutback etc.. a huge issue with red ants in the yard I did mention it to the owners 2 times. I felt the linens were old and tattered with stains and holes very few wash clothes and older bath towels I asked the owner for more and small towels were delivered.. pillows were very flat and hard I purschaed more and left them behind, I felt I was paying the same price if I was staying in a hotel and there I would have had nice updated linens and towel so bring your own. The view was nice and so was the fishing but beware of the fire ants if you walk into the back yard a fan would not work a lamp would not work and the front door would not lock when you would leave. These are things that need to be fixed after every renter has left not just let it go from one to the next with out repairs Pillows were flat and hard (cheap). I purchased new ones and left them behind I do t think I would rent again. Sorry
