Amazing staycation
Absolute perfection! We live in the area but needed a little more space & wanted a little weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s birthday with family. House had everything we needed but the view was definitely the best part! I could sit & look out at that water all day! Even in August when it was too hot to be outside, sitting on that back porch was perfect! Will definitely be back again!

The house was clean. The furniture was nice. The river was amazing and my 13 year old loved fishing the entire time. We stayed for a soccer tournament in Lakeland Ranch. It was an easy drive back and forth. There are local restaurants and a Wal-Mart close by for convenience. The outlet mall was a huge hit. The hosts were responsive when we asked a question. The only thing we couldn't do was get streaming to connect, but they had cable so we just watched it. We would stay here again.

Nice backyard location but a little dated/bare
Backyard is amazing on the water. Kitchen is small and not suited for any cooking/hosting. AC struggles in the master bedroom. It’s a great place to hang with family. But it’s very basic/dated. Need to bring shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.

View from property overlooking river very nice. Owner replaced missing beach chairs and wood for the for the fire pit. We never used because of high winds and consideration of neighbors. Barbecue looked brand new. The comfortable looking chairs shown in the lanai pictures are no longer there. We stayed 5 weeks and considering the amount of money we paid it would have been nice to have seat cushions for both the hard wooden chairs in the lanai and the outdoor metal patio set. We did mention this to the owner. The description states garage under parking but there is no room to park a car the owner uses it for storage. Kitchen has original old cupboards and fridge is missing middle shelf. The house is outdated. Yard could also do with some TLC.

The home is older but clean, beds comfortable, nice water views and yard for the dogs (not fully fenced) but room to play fetch etc. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Location was good for restaurants etc. Host was very thoughtful and checked in first day to be sure we were comfortable

Everything about this home was accurate as described. Well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and check in/check out were a breeze. We felt right at home and would recommend. And well, you just can't beat that view!

Great water view and very clean.
Our family of three really enjoyed this rental. Very clean and functional. Great view of Manatee River and close to attractions. We visited the Bradenton Motorsport Park, the aquarium in Tampa and enjoyed an airboat/gator spotting ride in Arcadia.

Property manager had good communication. She was very easy to work with. Location of the house is fantastic and my husband was in heaven fishing. Beautiful veiw
Very clean and beautiful. Outstanding views, wonderful neighborhood and the lady next door is a treasure. I highly recommend a quiet stay here anytime. We saw manatees and porpoises. We loved everything about our stay there. It had everywhere needed. While your there try whiskey joes right down the road. The food was terrific. Kristina was amazing. Thank you so much.

Good but a bit old
The space was nice with good amenities. Back sunroom was excellent. View was amazing. Everything was good and clean but overall feel was that it was somewhat old and needs some updates/refreshing. Front door edge was split - looked like someone tried to break it open. Fence for dog was not acceptable - sort of falling apart. BBQ needs replaced. We would consider staying again if the dog area was fixed. Thank you!

Great fishing on the river
Overall a wonderful experience. We had a refrigerator shelf break in the middle of the night, contacted property owner and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that it happened but the property manager handled the situation perfectly. Will most certainly book this property again if we’re ever in the Ellenton/palmetto area. My parents and I rented this home at Christmas time in order to spend time with friends and family who live in Bradenton over the holiday. We weren’t anticipating the cold weather, however the gorgeous sunroom allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views as if we were outside. It was conveniently located, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

my wife and I were happy with the house and the location and view is great. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was slow during high traffic times but there are many stores and restaurants to go to if you want. For a great lunch or dinner try out the "Shake Shack" which is within walking distance
