We have a 4 bed 4 bath home! Bring the whole family to home away from home. A great place with lots of room for fun. Double living room, multiple bedrooms, office space and so much more. Boat, RV and trailer parking available! 15 minute drive to University Of Delaware. Private backyard for games and play with a paved pickle ball court, hot tub and space to soak up some sun! Come and stay! All bedding is provided!

It was a little farther away from the University of Delaware than expected but a very nice property in a beautifully wooded landscape. It would be a great place for a group of families with young children looking for a place to stay in the area.

Little League Team Stay
Our group of 4 families stayed for Little League Championship Tournament. Perfect fit with 4 bedrooms and large family room. Kids loved the pickle ball area and hot tub. Owners were responsive to our questions. Great location, 15 minutes from North East Little League fields.
