We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the foosball table and the adults enjoyed the beautiful view even while it was cool fall weather and we were mostly inside.

Fun Friends Weekend
LeverB was a wonderful, quiet spot for a weekend getaway. Plenty of spaces to soak in the sun as well as get uncover from the rain. Really enjoyed fires on the beach but had to clean out a lot of debris from the fire pit prior to use. It worked well as extra wood though!

We spent a few days here in the spring, and it was AWESOME! The home is very clean and comfortable. The backyard, deck, and private beach are so fun to hang out at!

The house and location were wonderful! Very private, lots of space, fully stocked kitchen for lots of cooking and grilling for many people. Would definitely plan to stay again. It helped that the weather was spectacular as well!

Everyone from young kids to grandparents had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking (rented and delivered), swimming, beautiful sunsets and family games of table shuffleboard. We would definitely rent again!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Our group of 8 adult women had plenty of room to sleep, eat, chat, cook, and enjoy each other's company. Though it was late fall and too cold for water activities, we loved the view, sitting on the dock, and gathering around the firepit. I highly recommend this property for friends and family who love being together.

Beautiful home with everything needed to have a wonderful stay. Home has it all: beach, fire pit, canoe, hammock, and multiple conversation and eating areas. Quite and somewhat secluded. Would highly recommend!!

Short Trip - Lots of Fun
The house was convient for a short trip for my family located in Maryland. We enjoyed our time, there was definitely more than enough room for everyone, and the kids loved exploring all the parts of the area. I imagine its even better during warmer months!

Perfect retreat for a long weekend
8 friends typically travel to the Outer Banks in the fall, this year we decided to stay closer to home. The house was delightful, the property serene, the owner was responsive and gracious. We would give it 6 stars if we could, it was a perfect retreat.
