"They didn't let me check in, they just didn't respond to my messages anymore, when they responded it had already been 4 hours since the beginning of my stay, I had already rented another place, as I was left at the door of the house for 2 hours without being able to enter with my 1 year old son."

"I’ve been staying here for about 3-4 years and it has improved with the renovation! I like the location convenience. I had to call front desk around 11:30pm to ask front desk to tell neighbors across hall from me about the screaming kids. Not sure why I was asked why I waited so long to call. That was irrelevant, but why were these people in the pet side of hotel. Maybe they had a pet, but none were heard…."

"You might have your maintenance man fix the tub shower trim handle. Missing a trim piece. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. Quiet and clean. Excellent reception at the front desk. "
