"This was a super cute 1 bedroom apartment, that was big and roomy enough for 4 people (even though it was just me and my daughter). The location is great for access to the campus, and downtown. Without the noise of all the bars. On occasion you can hear people walking by outside, talking, but that didn’t bother me. You do hear trains go by if you pay attention, but it didn’t bother me either. I would absolutely stay here again. "

The property is reached by going on several miles of gravel roads and we weren’t sure we were headed in the right direction. But once you are there you’ll appreciate the peace. I would also add the living room furniture is not very comfortable "
