I loved the ambience of this property. I also loved that you could still tell it was an older structure by the way they kept the old mail shoot next to the elevators. That is something I had never seen before. The building itself has been completely renovated, but they kept just a few things from when it was an apartment building. Quaint, yet modern. Very special indeed!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was separate from the hotel so it would have been nice to have a covered entrance into the hotel. We had a noise in our room that happened at 6:15am and again about an hour later, it was alarming and very disruptive as we had a late night from a concert, we did let the staff know and they were very apologetic about the disturbance and offered a discount to us. The breakfast options were not up to what was advertised, the photos online showed a full display case filled with donuts, cookies, croissants and other baked goods, this was not the case when we walked in the next morning, one brownie, one muffin, no donuts of any kind, they did have a lot of croissants but that was it. We would consider staying again but would be prepared to eat breakfast out and ask for a different room, the bed was very comfortable and we do love staying at Hilton hotels

This was our first time in this city. We were there to see a show, at the Lerner Theatre and wanted a hotel close by. Couldn't have gotten any closer!! The staff were great. The hotel is super nice and modern. It was SUPER windy during our stay, and it was a bit noisy. Not sure they could do anything about that. And for some reason, they didn't put any heat into the bathroom. So, it was a little chilly. But it was a really nice room, and a super nice hotel.

When we arived we were greeted by Angela. She was extremely friendly and always greeted us when we saw her and made sure our every need was met. The room was beautiful and clean. The view of town was awesome. We didn't get to see the view from the roof because there was an event up there Saturday night and no access on Sunday because the restaurant was closed. That was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we selected Hotel Elkhart. I would recommend this place to anyone and would choose it again if we return.

Very nice updated hotel. I am a hotel snob with cleanliness and it was very clean. Staff were friendly. The only downside would be the rooftop bar being closed.
