Noticed mold on hallway ceiling and water damage above window in room. The room was completely freezing and took two hours to warm up once we turned the heater on full blast. We were just there to rest our head for a few hours so it was fine.

When we arrived we tried to check in with our debit cards. They were denied. Our charge cards were declined. I called my bank and they said no one had tried to charge our account. We had money in every account they tried. We had to pay cash for our room.
