"I had an amazing stay! It was beautiful and quaint, only dinged a star because the water wouldn't get hot but I'm sure if I messaged Julie about it she would've fixed it. It was just late and I didn't want to bother her. Location is amazing and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Would highly recommend this place, lovely rooms and a short walk to town. I would ask the cleaners to pay more attention though, the cabinets were dirty and there were stuff in the dishwasher from previous guests."

"This little garden house just through the greenhouse was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert @ Ulster Performing Arts Center. Comfy furniture & well-stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc. We used the hot tub one night as well, which was really nice. "

"Loved staying at this property tucked away in Mt. Tremper. Walking distance to some great restaurants, the Zen buddhist monastery and good access to wifi. My dog also had a great time walking nearby. I wasn't sure where to dispose of my dog bags, but other than that, a perfect stay."

"This location for me was exactly what was needed. Close enough to downtown Woodstock but remote and quiet with a tremendous view. Very clean and comfortable lodging. Helped me immensely to disconnect for a few days. Highly recommend "

"I loved everything about this place ! The room the giraffe house it’s so gorgeous ! Sean the man who takes care of and manages the property is so knowledgeable. He gave my boyfriend and I a tour around the whole property with his goats and when I tell you this man knows the property HE KNOWS THE PROPERTY & history of the area. The experience wouldn’t have been the same with out him. "

"Nicole's place is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle, comfortable and worked perfectly for me, my husband and our pup. Very nice, new modern property but still with woodsy charm. "Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston."

"Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."

"On arrival at the property,I was greeted by the front desk and was told we have been upgraded,which was such a pleasant surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch,with helpful and friendly staff.Love the cozy vibes. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Great location near the highway. We were un town for our sons bowling tournament. Easy check in. As soon as we got into the room it smelled so clean in there! The pool was so warm and the hot tub was a nice treat. The hostess at the check-in was very helpful when we were asking her opinion on what the best 3 italian restaurants were. She directed us and we had an AMAZING dinner. The bed was so confortable and we sleptbin til 8am! Thank you for a great experience! "
