"At first appearance we were more than skeptical. The property was under a massive renovation. I had learned this through recent reviews. But what i saw was a litte crazy and I'm in construction. "Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned.
